Combatives Instructor Level 1 and 2 Enrollment Procedures

1. All Instructor Courses are on First Come First Serve Basis, with 36 slots available per class.

2. There are three ways to sign up for a course: 
     A) Come to Building 1503 and sign up, rosters are posted one week before the class start date.
     B) Email us through the Website or On Global jestin.l.dupree.mil@mail.mil      C) Call Us at 580-442-8056

!!!! Which ever method you choose to use for sign up, we will need the following information:!!!!
                  Rank, Full Name, Gender, Unit and Class Dates to Enroll in

3. After signing up for a class you will need to report to Bldg 1503 NLT 0730 on the Start Date of the Class you signed up for. Class Enrollment will be confirmed after In processing and Medical Screening.

4. When Reporting to Class you will need to be in Combatives Uniform (ACU's with tennis or wrestling shoes and mouth guard) with the following Documents:

   A. Injury Screening Form filled out completely 

   B. Level 1 Certificate if your enrolling in a Level 2 Class

   C. If you are on profile, bring a copy with you

   D. Approval notice from the Doctor if you suffered any Head Injuries/ Trauma within the last Seven Days

5. Enrollment Denial and Course Drops

   a. You will be denied enrollment if you have a Profile that limits you from participating in any of the course activities(RPT or Warm up Drills, sparring /grappling, fighting etc.)

   b. You will be denied enrollment for Level 2 if you fail to provide a Level 1 certificate

   c. You will be denied or dropped from rolls if you miss two hours of training throughout the whole course.

  d. You will be dropped if are injured, fail to participate in any of the course practical exercises (Clinch Drill, Sparring, Gauntlets, Tournaments, 2 on 1 drills) or fail any of the written exams, referee test, technique exams.

  6. Due to the high rate of No-Shows we allow WALK-INS. So if you were unable to sign up for a course, you can just show up on the start date and we will try to get you in.
